Your customer in Poland has not paid? We are a Poland-based recovery operator. We send registered demand letters, list the debt in our national public registry, report the debtor to the BIG InfoMonitor credit bureau and, if needed, take the case to the Polish e-court.
Live view from the creditor panel — sample case, real workflow. Every demand, registry action and payment lands here.

Invoice details and debtor's Polish tax ID (NIP). Your company is verified automatically in the EU VIES register.
Registered letters, e-mails and phone calls to the debtor — in Polish, with Polish legal consequences spelled out.
The debt is listed in our public registry (indexed by Google) and reported to BIG InfoMonitor — visible to banks, lessors and business partners.
If the debtor still refuses, we prepare the case for the Polish e-court and bailiff enforcement. You decide before this stage starts.
We act for foreign creditors — companies that sold goods or services to a Polish business and were not paid. Claim intake with automatic company-ID validation is available for:
| Recovered principal (bracket) | Fee in this bracket |
|---|---|
| up to €500 | 18% |
| €500 – €1,000 | 16% |
| €1,000 – €5,000 | 14% |
| €5,000 – €20,000 | 12% |
| €20,000 – €50,000 | 10% |
| €50,000 – €100,000 | 8% |
| €100,000 – €250,000 | 7% |
| over €250,000 | 6% |
A demand letter from abroad is easy to ignore. A registered letter from a Polish recovery operator, a public listing that appears in Google results, and an entry at BIG InfoMonitor — checked by banks and leasing companies — are not.
Claim intake, document signing, case tracking and every demand we send are handled in one online system. You see the case status in English; the debtor experiences the process in Polish.
If amicable recovery fails, the same case file continues to the Polish e-court and bailiff enforcement — no handover to another firm, no starting over.
Company identifiers are validated with country-specific checksums and confirmed online in the EU VIES register at intake, so cases start with clean, verified data.
No. We run the process in Poland on your behalf. Recovered funds are transferred to your account in EUR. If the case goes to court, we prepare the filings and tell you the costs before anything starts.
Typically the unpaid invoice(s) and any contract or order confirmation. The debtor's Polish tax ID (NIP) helps but is not mandatory — we can identify the company from its name and address.
The amicable stage (demands, registry, credit bureau) runs over several weeks. Many Polish debtors pay after the BIG InfoMonitor entry, because it blocks their access to credit, leasing and factoring. Court proceedings, if you choose them, take longer and depend on the court.
BIG InfoMonitor is a Polish credit information bureau. Banks, leasing and factoring companies and business partners check it before granting financing or signing contracts. A listed debt is a real, ongoing consequence for the debtor — and it is removed once the debt is paid, which is exactly the leverage that makes debtors settle.
Yes. We process debtor data as an independent controller under EU law (GDPR and the Polish act on credit information bureaus), including the required notifications to the debtor. Your data is processed to handle your claim and communicate with you — details in our privacy policy.
You pay nothing for the amicable stage. That is the model: our fee exists only as a percentage of money that actually reaches you.
